Many of us are very good at planning programmes but not many of us are good at implementation. We need good long or short term planning but at the same time we need to think about how to implement them as well. Along the way we may face difficulties in ensuring all things are done. There are some reasons which make us unable to move forward in our ministry. I strongly believe that we must identify the causes of our difficulty in moving forward in God’s ministry. It will help us to improve our ministry.

Do not give up; problems arise when the following are controlling us. What are they?

"No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. Each tree is recognized by its own fruit. People do not pick figs from thorn bushes, or grapes from briers. The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks”

We can say anything about ourselves to the people around us but remember our actions will prove it. To say things about ourselves is not a problem but to put it into practice can be a big problem for many. That is why it’s important for us to be watchful of our actions; else we can be a stumbling block and may discourage people coming to Christ. Remember the Bible has spoken to us many times about our actions. It tells us over and over again of how important our action is in God’s ministry. Our action is our message. Though we can’t speak very well in public but our action would speak on behalf of God’s Love to others. Let me quote several passages in the Bible about “action”.
